The BIS Student Creed

The purpose of our student creed is to state daily powerful affirmations
that can hold students and teachers accountable
for their daily actions and decisions.  It sets the tone for the school,
classroom, or person through the use of language that
brings the fires of purpose and commitment to full blaze.

I am a proud student of Bridgeport Intermediate School.

I have great expectations for myself. 
I believe in myself and my ability to do my best at all times. 
I accept the responsibility for my behavior and its results. 
I recognize and respect the uniqueness of all. 
I do not have the right to interfere with the learning and well being of others. 
Today, I will read, I will write, I will learn. 
I will do my best, because I know this day will never come again.
