Bridgeport Intermediate School PTO

PTO, Parent Teacher Organization, is made up of a team of teachers and parents working together to help the kids/staff of Bridgeport Intermediate School.  The PTO helps provide things that BIS needs such as books, computers, gym equipment, and playground equipment.  In addition, the PTO helps students celebrate the holidays with Boo Grams, Santa Grams, and Valentine Grams.  Members of the PTO organize the yearbook and are in charge of fundraisers throughout the school year.  The PTO assists with Fun Run, the book fairs and  volunteering to make copies for the teachers.

The PTO would like to thank all of our volunteers for helping out this year.  Thank you, you are greatly appreciated.  Our fundraiser was a success.  The funds have been used for:

 

Recess equipment for each grade A field trip for each grade Two cement basketball courts
Yearbooks TAKS snacks Boo Grams, Santa Grams, and Valentine Grams
Letters for the Marque Popsicles for IGA, Diamonds receipts winners $100 for each classroom for decorations and supplies
Teacher appreciation week luncheon Fun Run medals Fun Run bands and water for each student
Christmas dinner for the staff Ice cream TAKS celebration for each student Shirts for custodian and cafeteria staff
We could not do any of these things without your dedication and loyalty.
