This is my 15th year of teaching, my 9th in Bridgeport ISD.  I have taught Kindergarten, 3rd grade, and 4th grade.  I graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors in Education. I am currently teaching math, science and social studies.

I am a Great Expectations instructor. I became an instructor for Great Expectations in June of 2005. This summer I taught GE Methodology in Keller, Texas. I am enrolled in a graduate school study at Midwestern State University.  I am working on my Educational Leadership Master's degree.

I have been married for 17 years to my wonderful husband, Jay. We have one son, Cameron, who is currently in the 8th grade at BMS.  We live on, and operate, our family dairy farm in Bridgeport.  (We are in a partnership with my husband's dad and mom, John and Kay.)  We are currently milking around 400registered Jersey cows. We have lived here for a little over 8 years. We have finally begun to call it "home", thanks is part to the wonderful community that we have found Bridgeport to be.
