Although this is my 23rd year in teaching, this is my first year at Bridgeport. I am so excited about being here and getting to make many new friends. I grew up in Houston, graduated from UT, then moved to Giddings, Texas. My husband Stanley and I have been married for 22 years. We have a daughter, Lindsey, who is a freshman at Tarleton. We have spent most of the past 11 years watching her play softball, so we won't know what to do with our time this year! In my free time I enjoy working out and playing with our pets: Honey, Lilly, Max & Archie. I also really enjoy reading my students journals and writing.
