This is my 5th year at BIS and my 16^th year of teaching.  I have taught Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, First grade, Title One Reading, and Third grade.

I have been married to my wonderful husband Lane for 33 years and we have two children, Michael who is 31 and lives in Austin with his wife Amy, and our PRECIOUS 10 month old grandson Ryan Michael.  Michael is a PGA golf professional at Austin Golf Club and UT.  Michelle is 29 and lives in Weatherford, Oklahoma with her husband, Derek, and my two WONDERFUL grandchildren, Abbagail who is 9 and Callen who is 6.   Michelle is currently a teaching assistant in a Pre-kindergarten class and the head coach of the Weatherford Middle School softball team.

My husband and I love spending time with our grandchildren, going to NASCAR races, watching the Dallas Cowboys, college football, baseball, and basketball, and working in our yard.  I also like to read, water ski, swim, snow ski, and travel.

My move to Bridgeport Intermediate School has been one of the best things that has happened to me.  The administration and faculty at BIS are the BEST!
