¡Me encanta ser maestra y enseñar a estudiantes bilingües! I love being a teacher and teaching bilingual students! I have been teaching for 12 years. This is my second year at BIS - I taught for Amarillo ISD and Hereford ISD before. I am married to Arthur, a Bridgeport Police Officer and we have two sons, Samuel and Saúl. When I am not teaching, I enjoy cooking and craft projects, but most of my time is spent with Samuel and Saúl at soccer practices or games. Learning is something I treasure and hope to pass that value on to my students and my own children as well. I believe that reading is the basis for success in all learning and strive to ensure that every student is a reader.
