Hello and welcome to the Bridgeport Intermediate School website. My name is Bridget Williams. I am the Assistant Principal here at B.I.S. I have worked with the Bridgeport Independent School District for 19 years. I taught for the first 15 ½  years with the district; first in third grade and then moved to fifth grade Math and Science for several more years. I currently serve as the Assistant Principal for Bridgeport Intermediate School.

     My husband was my high school sweetheart. His name is Loydd Williams and we have been married for 19 years. We were blessed with one son named JC Williams. Our family hobby is ‘team-roping’. Practically everyday the boys practice their roping skills and we travel to team-roping events many times throughout the year. We have 5 horses, 3 dogs, and 1 cat at our home in the country.

 

        I arrive daily at school between 7:20 and 7:30 A.M. I try to leave school by 4:00 or 4:30 P.M.  but rarely do I make it out of the building by that time J

I have the most wonderful job in the world because I not only get to work ‘for’ and with the best students in the world, but I also get to work ‘for’ the best teachers in the world!
