In 2009 I will complete my 10th year at Bridgeport Intermediate School. I have been educating children since 1985. It has truly been a fascinating 24 years! My wonderful husband, Jimmy, of 33 years has kindly supported me through the years my education venture as a late bloomer. I completed my education at College of the Southwest after having three marvelous daughters. Our first daughter, Kimberly, has her Master’s Degree and serves as a Diagnostian for Princeton ISD. She is the mother of my first grandson, Tyler, who is a huge success on the Melissa football squad. Our second daughter, Holli, lives in San Antonio and teaches in a Christian private school. Jordan Grace, a fifth grader, is my first granddaughter and is learning to play the guitar. Kaylee Faith is a third grader, and is granddaughter number two who loves to play sports. My grandson, Asher, just turned six, but talks like he is sixteen. My son-in-law, Brandan, is the pastor of All Nations Church in San Antonio. Jennifer is our third daughter who can out text message anyone around. She works in the Emergency Room Admissions at Centennial Hospital in Plano.
I love to read the Bible, fellowship with believers who love God as their Father and profess Jesus as Lord. My trust is in Him and I rely on the Holy Spirit to strengthen and guide me through the days of my life.
