During the winter storms recently, many homes and businesses suffered damage to their property.  Texas Education Agency has provided a survey for you to report the damages incurred.  The objective of this survey is to identify damages across Texas, to help emergency management officials across the state gain an understanding of damages that have occurred during the recent winter weather.  To complete the survey, click the link below.  This survey is voluntary and is available in both English in Spanish.
