Returning Student Registration
Students who were enrolled in Bridgeport ISD through the end of the 2022-23 school year can use the online registration system in the district's Ascender Parent Portal to enroll for the 2023-24 school year.
Your registration will not be complete until all documents have been uploaded or received. You can upload documents in several formats, including a picture that you take with your cell phone (jpg/jpeg).
- Parent Identification (Valid Photo ID; Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card, or Naturalization Papers)
- Proof of Residency – a utility bill in the Parent/Guardians Name (the most current bill is required): Electric, Water, Gas, Garbage, lease agreement, closing documents on a home, tax, or mortgage statement, Voters Registration card that has the correct address that matches the Parent /Guardian address on the driver's license, or a notarized letter stating that the family is living with a Bridgeport ISD resident along with the completed Bridgeport ISD Residency Affidavit ( Form is available at your students' campus). Credit card & cell phone bills are not accepted.
If you cannot upload your documents, you can email them to your students’ campus Registrar or drop them off at your students’ campus. Please be sure to provide us with a copy as we cannot return originals. If you need access to a copier, we can assist you at the campus on which you drop off your documents.
