  • Proof of Residency – a utility bill in the Parent/Guardians Name (the most current bill is required): Electric, Water, Gas, Garbage, lease agreement, closing documents on a home, tax, or mortgage statement, Voters Registration card that has the correct address that matches the Parent /Guardian address on the driver's license, or a notarized letter stating that the family is living with a Bridgeport ISD resident along with the completed Bridgeport ISD  Residency Affidavit ( Form is available at your students' campus). Credit card & cell phone bills are not accepted.
