Featured Spotlight: Boys Golf Team
Over the last two seasons, the Bridgeport High School Golf team has solidified its reputation in Texas high school golf by securing consecutive state titles. The boys also had the opportunity to compete at the PGA High School Golf National Invitational at Pinehurst Resort and Country Club in North Carolina in July 2025 and finished 11th! We are eager to continue this legacy of excellence as we represent Bridgeport High School in the 2026 season.
The Bridgeport Golf Squad have some familiar faces back from the State Teams with Juniors Colten Paradise and Aiden Green leading the way. Junior Cooper Garrett, along with Sophomores Ryle Cooper, Cooper Lawson, and Jude Matzinger round out the squad.
The Bulls will have a busy February playing in two - two day events starting at Pine Dunes in Frankston, TX before heading out west for the 4A Region 1 Preview in Lubbock. In March we will head down to Marble Falls for the UIL 4A State Tournament before preparing for our district rounds at the end of the month.
We look forward to the challenge of competing for our 3rd consecutive district championship in one of the toughest golf districts in 4A against Krum, Burkburnett, Decatur, and Eagle Mountain.
